Miracle Max presses on Wesley’s stomach, enabling Wesley to barely breathe out the words “true love.” Miracle Max’s wife responds, “Well, why didn’t you say so!?” Initially hesitant to help the dying Wesley, Miracle Max and his wife are certain that true love is the noblest cause of them all, and he hastens to help the brave Wesley.
